rear drum to disc conversion

05 equinox with rear drums, has anyone done conversion to disc brake?

I've done a few of these but on vehicles with solid rear axles. I believe most 2006 or newer Equinox's have disc rear brakes. I have not seen a specific conversion kit but you have me wondering what it might take to switch over from another Equinox that has disc brakes.

I've seen equinox that look like the 05 model with disc brakes so my plan is to take the 06 version and swap it over
