Power outlet issue

I have a 2023 Equinox LT. the dash mounted round power outlet does not work, however usb port next to it does. Being new to the vehicle, I’m at a loss for what it may be. Is it simply the fuse in the under dash fuse panel?

Can't see it from here so you'll have to check the fuse.
