Yesterday I noticed my bluetooth wasn't working in my 2012 Equinox. I tried to pair it again but noticed the "phone Settings" option on the infotainment menu was gone! I used to have a "phone Settings" option under Configure, but it literally just disappeared. I tried hitting the phone icon button and usually it will say "Ready" or 'say command", but now it doesn't do anything. I called the Infotainment customer service number and the girl was no help. She said to just take it to a dealership. I really don't want to sink a lot of money into this just to get my bluetooth working so I'm hoping someone here has had this issue and possibly found a solution. I took pics of my screen but can't figure out how to add them to this thread.
