P0411

[Aceroc20]

I have a p0411 code and it comes up as secondary air injection.* I pulled the air pump and hooked it to 12 volts and it runs and no water came out either. I pulled the a hose off from the air cleaner box and it had suction from the pump.* It wouldn't bother me except the check engine light prevents the remote start to work.* Any ideas would be great.*
