Ipod does not sync after a phone call

After I make a phone call, my Ipod does not sync back up? I have to unplug the ipod and manually go back to my place (audiobook). Can anyone help me?

I am wondering if you press that back button if it will take you there?

Maybe that's just for the menu options.

Another thing to try is pressing the source button on your steering wheel controls. If am not confuses with me truck that should work

Ipod does not re sync

Unfortuntely my Ipod still does not re-sync after a phone call. I tried everything. I do not know what the problem is. Kindo of sucks when that was one of the things I really wanted. I like to listen to audiobooks in the car. It is so much better than listening to the same dj go on and on about nothing.

I would take it to the dealer then.
