Turns out it was her phone.
A few observations, may or may not have anything to do with anything.
1.
I just noticed something on ours when I was reprogramming after the weekend event. The car is her daily driver except when we are together, then I drive. I can't remember the screen's name, it is the one where you connect your phone to the car. I had the option set to pick up my phone if both were present. When I was driving, I would have to go into the source screen and pick FM for the radio. I listen to podcast on my AA and my wife does not. I found a setting that can be turned off so it does not try and play the last media on the phone. I don't remember if that was there or not before.
2.
When we noticed all the radio settings were missing. We drove about an hour and a half that morning to watch our grandson's basketball tournament. After the first game, my wife and I go get something to eat. Then we went to the other grandparent's home to hang out till the second game. Drove back to the school. As we were leaving, backing out the camera was full screen. When the camera went out, the screen was blank. No shortcuts, options, just blank. Then I shut the car off and on to get it back and that is when we noticed all the channels had reset. Drove home and and had AA. Going to church the next morning, the radio worked, don't remember AA status since it is about 6 miles drive. Going home, I turned my phone back on and noticed it did not connect. Neither did my wife. Stopped to get lunch. I stayed in the car with her phone and repaired them. That was when I noticed the "play last media option".
I wonder if these are just 2 different events. Whatever blanked out the screens when that glitched is when the stations were lost. Our phone update did something to lose the pair status to the car and was not caused by the car.
Anyway, just thinking out loud.
