GM Owners Center Web site

Does anyone use the Gm Owners Center web site ?
If so, when you were forced to transfer to the new site ( provided by GM no longer Yahoo) ,did your self entered records show up ?
Mine did not, and now they are telling me that they may not .

I have honestly never used the site. But I bet that if you call their customer help line that they can set you straight.

I hate to say this ,but I have been in contact with GM/Chevy since May 24 .
They have been no help at all .The person assigned to my case called on Monday and her basic answer was "Oh Well " I called back yesterday morning and asked for a new rep for my case .A new rep called last night ,and left a message .I have to call back today .

If I had time to update something like this I would sign into the Amsoil Garage. I might require more manual entry but it would work fine.

I just got off the phone with GM/Chevy .
After one month ,they have finally decided to escalate it .
Once again they said they will call me back .
I may take a look at the Amsoil Garage .
I do like the GM owners center ,besides the records you input, all of any dealer you take it to are there also .
