'11 LTZ suspension chattering

Anyone else have this issue of the front suspension chattering upon hitting bumps or railroad tracks? Its an '11 Equinox LTZ with only 22,000 miles. Been to the dealer twice and they cant figure out what is wrong. First trip they replaced the endlinks and its currently at the dealer for the second time now. Of course I cant get the car to make the noise for the service dept on a quick drive, it only wants to chatter when im no where near the dealer! ugh!

Nope! But I have a 2010 with 94k+ miles on it.

I had some chattering noise going on. Turned out i didn't secure the spare tire all the way.

Its a 3.0 v6 too btw. Its definitely the front suspension not a spare tire issue.
