There is a process that must be followed by the shop to retract the EPB, install pads, set EPB, and clear codes. It appears the process was not followed. You should take it to a shop or dealer that has the correct scan tool to correct the issue.

ANC is designed to reduce engine noise at low rpm. It is not designed to reduce road noise. I have a 2020 Equinox and reduced road noise by adding sound barriers under the back seats and in the spare tire area.
