No EPB

While on vacation the r/r brake caliper came off. The local shop installed a new one ,but now we get a flashing brake light on the dash and NO EPB

There is a process that must be followed by the shop to retract the EPB, install pads, set EPB, and clear codes. It appears the process was not followed. You should take it to a shop or dealer that has the correct scan tool to correct the issue.
