Last night while at a Classic Truck "Meet & Greet" in Monroe, LA
I had "Grilled Deer Wraps" They consist off Deer Tenderloin with
lots of Cajun seasoning, Onions, Jalapeños, and Bacon. You take
the Deer and wrap Onions and Jalapeños around it. Then you do
another wrap with bacon and use a toothpick to hold together.
Then you grill over a flame until crispy and OMG they are good.
