Hello,
My 2019 is currently running V507 FW. According to this Service Bulletin V809 is out (https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2022/MC-10217855-0001.pdf) but this is from Aug of 22 so I'm guessing there is even latter versions. Carplay was working great for the last couple of years, but since Apple went to IOS 18 my system has been acting crazy. It will work for 1-2 mins, then completely reboot.Screen goes black, Chevy logo pops up, and then it goes through the connection process. Works for a minute or two, and then does the same thing.
I have tried to update my system, both via connected to home wireless and using the internal 4g, but it just says no available updates. Is the only way to update your FW is to bring your vehicle in and have a dealer do it? I searched all over the forums and didn't see an option to update it via USB or over the air? Was hoping an update would fix the issue. I have tried replacing both USB-A and or using a new USB-C cable, both new and have the same issues.
Any suggestions other then bringing it in and paying a couple of hundred for a 2 minute update?
Thanks
