Thats a crazy experience, My 2006 G6 GTP i purchased brand new had contant issues with the Panoramic Sunroom. Finally after a year of dealing with service calls and replacements of pins they deamed the whole sunroom faulty and replace the whole thing. I ended up having issues with it again after another year and ended up trading it in for an 07 G6 GTP couple with a normal sunroof and had no issues.
I've had the 2012 Nox LTZ with the 3.0 for a little over a year now with 20K miles, haven't had one issue.
It sucks to say it but there well always be a few lemons out there and it really sucks when its you and no one is willing to do the right thing, bite the bullet, and help a customer out.
By GF has an 2010 Rav-4, you might as well drive with the windows down all the time cause the interior noise level is rediculous.

The odds suck for this kind of thing. With the number of GM vehicles I've had that have treated me better than any other car it would be hard for me to buy anything non GM even if I had a lemon like this. Statistics say that 1 for every 1000+ can be an issue apparently for most auto makers that are smaller than gm the odds are even slimmer.
When it seems that they aren't helping you out there are other legal departments that can help you. Sounds like they need to buy it back.
