Reset vehicle settings and/or reset infotainment data?

I just purchased a 2025 Equinox LT and while I appreciate the vehicle demo from the dealership, the guy had already set things up. I'd like to do a "Factory Reset" to the system and set things up my way.

I noticed there's no "Factory Reset" anywhere in the settings screen. So do I do the following?

Reset Infotainment data. Then once that's complete (I don't know how long it takes) do I do a vehicle reset? Or Reset Infotainment after vehicle settings reset?

Everywhere I google just tells me to press hang up on the steering wheel but that just reboots the system. And I don't think I need to do the battery terminal thing I've seen in other places.

Do the hang up reboot and before the reboot it will give options

Will I have to perform a reset after the month/3 months of OnStar Premium? My plan is to use my phone as the "Internet" connection.
