The only bad comments I have heard is that the 2025 is underpowered. I don't know where in the range the engine hits its torque but this vehicle has plenty of power for merging into traffic or at the high speed end. I am constantly finding myself doing 75 in a 55 zone.

A lot of people say the same thing about the 1.5L turbo in my '24. But I find it to be quite peppy, with as you say plenty of power for merging into traffic, or at the high-speed end (and this is from someone who has owned several fast sports cars in my life). Here in Florida on I-95, where speeds of 80+ are common, she just purrs right along.

Same here. I find my 2021 w/ the 1.5T to be excellent for what it is. Even with 4 people in it and the a/c on full blast. Good lower end grunt for a tiny displacement 1.5, thanks to the turbo I presume. Mid range power is OK. If you have to floor it once up to speed, it does goes from pretty much silent to screaming as you'd expect.

This is my first turbo vehicle. I've owned lots of 4's, V6 and a few inline 6's and one hemi V8 thus far. I started driving in the 1980s when a 6cyl barely made 100hp, so my expectations are different I suppose.

I went from a 2013 Nox V6 with 301hp to the 1.5T with 170hp and the adjustment was a lot easier than I expected. I'm pleased with the power now that i am used to it and have no issues merging onto highways etc. On the rare occasion I turn off the adaptive cruise on a highway, I find she likes to cruise faster than I think I am going.

This is also my first turbo (and 4 cyl.). I've had several V8s, a V6, and an inline 6. My family had many 4 cylinders back in the 70's and 80's, including Ford Pintos and Escorts. Those cars were snails. Small engines have certainly come a long way since then!!
