Is FC219 Oil Filler Cap Applicable For 2018+ Equinox ?

Like the heading says, is the vented oil filler cap of any benefit for a 2018+ Equinox? Will it even fit the 1.5L turbo? Or does the factory installed cap already perform the crankcase vent function? Daughters have a 2019 and a 2022.

Negative. These caps only fit the non turbo Ecotechs as far as I know.

No, the PCV system provides for venting. Owners have used a catch can to trap oil, soot before going back into the intake.
