On Feb 22 we bought a 2020 LS with 39K after lurking around a bit reading and getting a feel for this model. It's in excellent condition with zero rust and we really like the cayenne orange color. I've been working on a few little things that needed attention and did 2 tranny drain/fills. No doubt factory fill as dark as it was with the assembly rust inhibitor. Haven't driven it much so far but wife drove it 100 miles to Phoenix today to spend time with grandchildren and reports it drives great. No doubt I'll have some questions as I get into servicing other things. The deflector came off pretty quickly. Debating clear bra on the hood.

Welcome! Nice looking 2020. Saw your thread over at BITOG as well.😉

I actually added an AVS bug detector to my black 2021 to try to slow down the stone chips. It definitely helps and it blends in with the black vehicle.

Hi JTK. The adhesive was 50% bad on the deflector, if the car was black I would have probably put it back on.

Trying to decide on oil, this is my first little turbo engine.

Welcome to the forum! That's a purdy color. I get free oil changes for life with mine, so I just stick with the Dexos full synthetic that the dealer uses.

Before you change oil from what is recommended, I would check with your dealer to make sure that you would be voiding your warranty.

Thanks but it's a 2020 with a build date of 1/20 so even the 5/60 powertrain is over. Not sure who I would ask at the dealer anyway I won't set foot in the Chevy dealership.

If I stay with 0W-20 I'll use Mobil 1 ESPX2. Thinking about going to a 5W-30.
I mulled that one over with my 2021 as well.

I have run 5w30 in it, as that's why I had on hand for my other vehicles. I didn't notice any change in fuel economy, NVH, etc with 5w30 vs 0w20. Who knows if there's any benefit though. Maybe in AZ heat?
