I had my body shop go through 3 vendors no aftermarket, I have started an inquiry with GM customer serviceTree limb landed on my new 2025 in Oct. of 2024, body work done but windshield has no eta from GM. Anyone else having an issue like this.
That is insane. I would have never thought there would be that much of a lag in glass availability.I had my body shop go through 3 vendors no aftermarket, I have started an inquiry with GM customer service
It was the same way with the Trax. It was a long time before aftermarket companies had glass for the Trax.I had my body shop go through 3 vendors no aftermarket, I have started an inquiry with GM customer service
Makes you wonder with the way they change up make/models so quickly these days. A broken windshield could potentially send a car to the crusher if glass is no longer available. Or the current situation with the Trax and the 2025 Equinox. I couldn't imagine having the vehicle out of service for months, only due to a badly broken w/s.It was the same way with the Trax.
