Warming the cabin while plugged in

My Equinox EV will warm the cabin when NOT plugged in but not while it's plugged in, WHY?

I would suspect many systems would not be available during charging, to speed up the charge rate. I don't have an EV, so this is just a guess. check the manual or with the dealer, hopefully you'll find the answer.

It should are you trying to warm it frommthe Fob or the my Chevy App. I do turn the heat to HI as I am "shutting" down.
The heat will turn on then with the app or the key fob. On the app you have to hold the "start" button for a few seconds. Or two presses of the key fob.
plugged in or not it should preheat.
