Anyone figured out a work around for the "start/stop" button. I'm thinking it's the same motor as a 2024 shouldn't the Amazon defeat plug in work with the 2025 motor as well??? Thanks for any info.

The 25 has a button that can be pushed on each operating cycle to eliminate the start/stop function.

Search this group its been brought up before. GM changed something and the harness adapters dont work

Did you look in settings? I believe there's a setting for turning off the feature if you don't want it.

@RIT333 - My '24 has the same button. But that's not the point for those of us who don't like that feature, we don't want to have to disable it every time we start the car. We just want it to be permanently disabled, which in my case the Amazon cable took care of perfectly. But as mentioned by bdevaux, I've heard several reports that those cables don't work on the '25 (unless someone has created an updated one that does work).

@GaryM - I don't know about the '25, but there is no such setting for my '24.
