My 2.0 equinox powertrain warranty was about to expire so went back to my local dealer. There’s a new service manager. Took him for a ride felt issue and despite the tsb saying it was the 1.5’s he did my cv shafts under warranty and feels like a different car . All the floor wobbling feeling in floor between 50 and 60 gone .

Just an update to this, but it seems the fix may not be the fix. At least in my case. It's been almost a month since I had the CV axles replaced and the wobble/shake is back, but to a much less degree. I noticed it about 2 days ago during a hard acceleration. So weird..
I think ours is starting to do that same thing again also, But like you said to a much lesser degree. Unreal...

Here is a few service bulletins on a similar issue.
I would hate to be the helper in. Bulletin 2. Run it at WOT, and held it with the brakes engaged, and then have the help loosen some bolts. Wow, OSHA would be all over this procedure. No thanks , I don't want to be the helper.

Good thing I saw this thread, I thought it was all in my mind that I felt the wobble. 2020 with a 1.5 it doesn't do it all the time, for me usually between 40 & to mph under acceleration. Going to see the Chevy dealer on Monday.

See what they say. Hopefully the process wont be too painful for you. You may be beyond the 5yr/60K power train warranty, which could muddy the waters a bit.

It's been ~6 months since I last posted in this thread. I'm at about 47K miles now. The only time I notice the wobble anymore, is on the 2nd to 3rd gear up-shift. Unless it's just a particular harmonics / resonance thing, I dunno. Other than that, my Equinox has been flawless. I love it.

It's a 2020, so technically it's 5 years old (don't know original sale date) but only has 38,000 on it. So I should be good. One thing I'm going to do is unplug the auto start stop eliminator just in case.

Hopefully the original sales date is still under 5yrs for you.

Probably a good idea to put the A/S/S back to factory specs before a dealer warranty / TSB visit.
