2005 LS AWD WONT START

When you turn the key it does nothing no noises. battery is 100% and tight connections to starter. when you cross solenoid with screwdriver gives great spark and you hear starter spinning like crazy but not engaging to turn engine over. Will A new starter fix this?? Thank You

Sounds like the BENDIX spring is broken and not moving the gears forward to engage the flywheel...New starter fix..sure will but check to see if the replacement spring might be cheaper

Starter R&R is easy. And part is fairly cheap.

It's a 2025 - under warranty. Don't get much cheaper than that lol
