2011 Equinox has made loud engine noise twice in 2 weeks. It was not a double start as the car was not already started. Neither time the engine was not really cold. The noise was very loud and I shut the engine off and it seemed to be coming maybe from the passenger side of the engine. The dealer could not replicate or find any issues or bulletins for this noise. Has anyone else experienced this type of loud noise or any suggestions would be very helpful

Sorry Brian, just saw this. It has been an off day for me. The two hour delay for school really threw my day off. Didn't feel like doing anything. The colder weather didn't help either. Susan and I are going up to Raleigh tomorrow to do some shopping and hitting Whole Foods, Fresh Market and Trader Joes. We need more Charlies Soap for our laundry, that stuff rocks. Did you fill out that Commercial Account application yet?
