Yellow Lane Paint has splashed up inside the left wheel well and dried rock hard! Does anybody have a solution how to remove this?

Pressure wash. when dry coat in petroleum jelly for a couple days, then pressure wash. If it doesn't come off, you may be able to file a claim with your DMV. Do not wipe or scrub. the paint contains abrasive material that will ruin paint.
