I have a 2012 Terrain that has a whistle noise in the driver side wheel that goes away when I put on the brakes. I have taken the wheel off twice, re greased the sliders and pads. Bent the dust shield back some.
It went away after doing this but it’s back again! Any idea what this could be?
It’s more like a whistle than the sound of the brake pad warning sound and the pads still have plenty of wear left!
