Protein shake, 1 egg and a piece of spicy sausage. It was going to be turkey sausage but after only one bite I can say turkey sausage is a no go for me! I guess I am just old school when it comes to the sausage. I am willing to take the hit on the extra calories for that amazing spicy falvor!

yesterday was my ''gift'' ... I've lost 40 pounds on the last 3 months, was my dad's birthday so we went to an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Was so good !

I wish I could! I just got back from the gym! 1hr 5min on the elliptical for 7.5 miles and 744 calories burnt!

my way from Home 2 Work 2 Home so we bought

Here the biggest gym is called ProGym

the boss makes us a deal as I own a car from where I work, 200$ a year with 4 personnal trainer program. like it!

And tonight ate rice, vegetables and turkey!
