Is L1 range ok to be driving a 2020 equinox LT 2.0 turbo in the city or shud be using other range ?

My first question would be why? 1st gear on a 2.0 is very low. If your racing stoplight to stoplight, it still doesn't make sense. If your trying to get the tranny up to temp, to check the fluid level, I get it.

Unless he's trying to kill the Auto Stop. Then he can use L but since it's a 2.0L he should bump it up to L9 because, you know, it's a 9-speed with that engine.
