Just need to know in order to replace time and chain the transmission has to come out or no?

Depends on the engine (I4 or V6), but most drop the whole cradle assembly, engine and transaxle together. Just easier out of the car. Especially the V6.

Just replaced mine, no need to do anything on tranny. Timing chain cover is on the passenger side, however procure the gasket for it (make sure oil seal is included) and very likely you will also need valve cover gasket as they tend to "compress" over time and no longer seal when removed. Also make sure to get a good quality chain kit replacement (make sure it includes oil lube nozzle), don't buy these cheap parts from ebay if you are paying to have the job done as this would be rather expensive and you don't want to do it twice.
