Steering Wheel Controls

I have a 2022 LT. Going down the road the volume on the radio went to full blast on its own. I attempted to turn it down with the steering wheel control but it didn't work. I also tried to change the channel with the steering wheel button, and they also stopped working. I got home and shut off the car now everything is working as it should. What happened?

Known as an intermittent fault something did not operate as designed and caused unwanted operation. The problem was resolved by turning it off then back on. No further explanation available for lack of data.

Kinda like how you have to reboot your PC or phone now and then ....... gremlins need to be purged.
