Scratches on inside of door

Anyone have an issue with scratches on the inside of the door and insulation? As soon as I can load up pics, I'm sure I'll make a little more sense. Actually, here they are.

Looks like they may have messed up when adjusting the doors... I would get them to fix that for ya.

that's what it looks like, take it to the dealer and have them fix it

My wife's 2012 Equinox has this as well. Is this a common problem and did the dealer fix it?

I haven't seen it a ton but at least we know there is two of you that needed it to be fixed.

2012 Equinox door scratches

Hi Great Mazinga, we bought a 2012 Equinox this last January and have had the same issue with the scratches in the door jam and seals. The dealer says the doors are too tight and therefore dirt is being ground into the paint/seals.

I personally think its a design flaw and that if anything the doors are tight enough to keep the seal tight against the door.

Have you taken it in to the dealer? What did they tell you?

I am pretty sure that he was able to have GM repaint the scratches...

Have you try with any paints or chemicals to hide that scratched mark?
