Right after I got my 2018 Equinox LS I knew that I had to replace the factory halogen bulb for a set of LED ones. I then purchased a set of Auxito LED bulbs after I read good reviews about them, but only after 6 months both bulbs died.

I took them out and switched back to the original halogen bulb. The Auxitos never were that good to begin with. There were dark and bright spots, but at least they were brother than the stock ones.

I was thinking of getting Lasfit or Beamtech. Can you recommend a brand/model of bulbs that work well with the Equinox?

I purchased Oxilam backup & front turn signal bulbs for my 2024 RS. Very bright and turn signal bulbs have built in resistors for hyperflash. Used them in other car and never had to replace. They are listed on Amazon.

One thing to keep in mind is that the brighter the lamp, the less run hours they have. Some brands like Sylvania actually display the run time on the packaging.

I personally recommend sticking with OEM head light bulbs because they last a very long time. You can get around 10 years out of them. Yes, they cost more, but not having to put a new one in more than once is worth it to me.
