Recomended Oil

I have a 2023 Equinox LT 1.5 L 4-cylinder. What is the recommended motor oil for this engine?
The manual gives some sort of specs, even a GM mention, but no label brand.

Man, talk about being DUMB.. DUMB ... DUMB.
I was pulling the dip stick out to check my oil, and there right in front of me, on the oil fill cap is.... DEX -OS 0-20W
I gotta start drinking better stuff
