Question

So today my son was driving to work and he saw an Equinox and the rear turn signal was just a round amber led in the rear taillight.
I have a video but have no idea how to share. In the video only the small round amber light in the middle of the reverse light was flashing.

The bulb should be amber. maybe someone replaced it with an incorrect bulb?
