Puddle light

(2015 equinox ltz 3.6) Has anyone had any luck putting puddle lights either under the doors or under the mirrors? I've seen a few lights on amazon but I'm not sure how much space is under the door when its closed and id like to have them wired to the lights that turn on when you open the doors.

First make your your car have the original car door lights. If yes , you can buy the plug&play to replace your original lights with just 5 minutes easy installation. If not , you can but the drilling type which need special installation on the store. Or you can buy the magnet type which can be used 1 year then throw it away.
