I got my car back from the dealer yesterday after they applied a protection package to it. They have a pretty good service where they come and pick it up, perform whatever service you are getting and then bring it back to you. When they picked it up the car had a hair over a half a tank of gas it in. They drove it nearly 200 miles and when the car was returned it was set to tell the driver how many miles were left before running out. It said 44 miles remaining till empty. I haven't seen a gas guage read that close to empty since I ran my 68 Catalina out of gas in 1973. The interior had a severe stink and the entire interior feels like it was washed in Armour All and or WD-40. It's slicker than snot on a door knob. I spent 3 hours getting that crap off everything. It's just like Herpes, it keeps coming back. Then I found yellow crap running out of the water drains in the doors and onto the rubber door seals. It did wipe right off. It is still the consistency of pudding.
The crap that was applied underneath is like a stiff grease and I hope it eventually sets up. All in all I'm pretty disapointed in my new dealer so far, I have been waiting for a return call since 8:15 am this morning.
I did get my color matched bug shield mounted so the day has not been a total loss.

I got my front windows tinted, got my new floor mats, got my bug shield mounted and washed the old girl for some final pics. The only thing I still want to do is add the rear deck floor cover thingy.

I like that bug guard. I should have gotten one when I first got my Nox.

It was not that expensive, about $60.00.
