Like others I’m pretty disappointed in the small booklet that replaces a true manual. I expressed this to my salesperson also and he said many have complained. He did say that much more information is available in the manual within the app and he’s right. I still want the ability to download the real manual but this is at least a workaround.

Asking us to pay $50 for a paper one is a slap in the face

I was able to download the full "real" manual for mine, in PDF format. I'm sure one is available for your car. What is your year, and model?

It’s moot. I did find it on the Chevy website and at least was able to download it.

Okay, good! I'm old school and prefer a printed manual as well. But the nice thing about the PDF is that it's searchable, and a lot easier to find what you're looking for.

I like paper manuals but I always download the PDF version because of the handy searchable feature.
On our cars I've been getting the PDF version since 2008 and on our motorcycles since 2003.
Sometimes a manufacture will make a change in the manual and you can download the updated version.

You are right. I just had to look really hard. I already downloaded a copy of this manual, and it is sadly not complete or correct. It is very helpful, but it doesn’t go as far as it should go. And it says one or two things that are definitely incorrect. But that’s all right. That’s nothing major. It’s way better than nothing.

In thinking, when I traded in my '18 nox, I should have charged them $50 for including the owners manual.

That's interesting. The manuals I have downloaded from the Chevy site have been exact copies of my paper manual.
