So what are your plans for it?

#1. I have to get the Cargo Privacy shade. I dont want people seeing what I got in the trunk.
#2. I want to find out if I can mod the system to add nav or dvd.
#3. Might put a sick looking Chevy graphic on the rear window.
#4. It got 18's, but I might add 19's later when i have the cash.
What do u guys suggest?

Just saw the chome grill at the dealership. im getting that for sure. I might also blackout the yellow on the chevy logo.

2012 chrome package.
I'm trying to order 2012 equinox with chrome package but can't find dealer in boston area or anywhere that offers it. Does anyone know why they discontinued the package?

I haven't heard that. Sounds like the dealer might be trying to clear the lot.
Worst case scenario you had the chrome later and save yourself a few $100s

I saw one at the dealer here last week that looked like it had the chrome package. I don't see why they would get rid of it. Those chrome grills are sweet!

I think they make bank by the time they invoice the chrome package so I don't see why they would discontinue it either.
Finally got some pix.......... 2011 Nox LT 2.4
Just finished adding the chrome bezels on the tail lights today.
Had the visors added when I bought it. Then added hitch.
Looking forward to great info on this site. Already had some good ideas. The bezels were one of them.

Sure does. My friend at the dealership was impressed. Said that they might consider selling those bezels to the public, among other goodies that are available.
Had lots of good feedback from others too.

Do you think that you will add the Chrome side plating for the cargo rack?

Been a while since I checked in.......
Those rack covers are kind of nice. I will think about those.
The door handles and the side rearview mirror covers look really good too. I dont know why they don't include the tail light bezels with the factory chrome package, or do they. I asked at the dealership and they said they didn't. Would be a nice addition.
I have to cool it with the add ons for a little while. Till the smoke clears here at the house. If you know what I mean.............
Like I said, the things I already added have really gotten a lot of good comments. The actual vehicle is pretty noteworthy all by itself. I got to drive a 2012 Nox yesterday. ( Helping at the dealership ) That is a nice car too. I don't like the convex mirrors built into the side mirrors though. I put stickon ones on mine and took them off. The regular mirrors do the job better than with those stick on things.IMHO

Yeah I know what you mean... I think that we all go through that in life! We do what we can when we can...
Sometimes dealers use accessories that are popular and place them on vehicles charging for labor and everything in the process. So they are making good money on it when most might have just bought the part from the parts department and installed it themselves.
