Horn Pops Fuse

2014 Equinox, the horn works (beeps) when I lock the doors but if I press the horn button (the center of the steering wheel) it pops the fuse.

I'm presuming it's a short or something in the horn button on the steering wheel... how do I remove the cover to inspect?

Removed the center cover (the Air Bag) pretty easily by searching for how to do that. But, I'm not even seeing a horn "button" under there, just the whole base that moves when you push. It's probably making a ground for the horn?

So... now what?
