Fuel smell

every time I start my 2015 equinox it smells like raw fuel, but I cannot find any leaks.
High-pressure fuel pump and line was changed 3 months ago.
Checked all lines from tank to engine and can't find any damage.
New fuel filler cap. No error codes.

Why was the high-pressure fuel pump changed? Were you getting codes? Did you smell fuel prior to that? Are you up north in the salt?

was getting rich code. found pump leaking into crankcase. oil and filter changed at that time. no smell prior. in Ohio.
