Fluctuating RPM in Park while A/C running

My RPM's bounce between 800 and 1100 while in park with the A/C running. My research says that it's the Idle Air control (IAC) Valve. However, it seems the (IAC) is Built into the Throttle Body. Has anyone solved this problem by changing the Throttle Body?

I just noticed mine doing this the other day. I wonder if the throttle body just needs a good cleaning.

I would expect that to be normal as the compressor loads and unloads.

Update! I changed the throttle body, but the A/C had stopped working shortly after. However, the gas milage I have been getting has been excellent! sometimes as much as 26 mpg on an engine with 186K miles with the top half rebuilt around 82K.
