Dead battery neutral for tow?

New owner here. 2018 How do I switch to neutral for towing if the battery is dead?

you cant get a jump for putting the trans in neutral? the tow truck can do that. if your wincing on a trailer put jumpers on it long enough to get the trans in neutral. good luck

How about pushing it when its in the middle of an intersection?
