Code P0420

I have had the catalytic converter changed and sensors along with a gasket. Still code pops up. Why?

Does it come right back up or after days of driving ?

It comes back up like not even 10 min. They have erased the codes numerous times . I would have to save and have Chevy do their own diagnostics but I know they will say it’s what I have already changed out. Someone told me something about emissions being something that can be done free but wouldn’t know we’re to look . I’ve been told to look someway in Austin . I’m at a loss right now . Don’t know what to do .

If it comes on that fast could be a wiring issue and not any components at all . Maybe wires shorting together corrosion in harness plugs etc…
