Chevy equinox 2010 cylinder head interchangeable

Hi, I’ve searched on google and salvage yards, but I was wondering if the 2010 equinox cylinder head is interchangeable with any other gem vehicle. I’ve seen people say 2010 lacrosse, 2011 regal, but other have said 2010-2015 equinox. So it’s a bit confusing. Any info is appreciated.

You have a lot of options, but to keep things simple, you will want a head from a LAF or LEA Ecotec 2.4 ranging from 2010-2017. Your 2010 has the LAF.
