Cannot aim headlight

We have a 22 Equinox RS with the LED headlights. I noticed that the passage side is aimed a lot lower than the driver side. I see the headlight adjustments but when I turn it nothing is moving. Is there another adjustment somewhere else?

manual does not show any adjustment, it says they are preset and you need to see the dealer. If you are under warranty, this should be covered.
