Second pic is where this is coming out of.. I was trying to find out why my 2014 Equinox with 233,000 miles is hesitating when accelerating, and feels like something is holding it back while trying to get to speed…

Hi. You have a blocked PCV orifice. It’s located inside the intake manifold. When that gets blocked you end up with the moisture in your picture. It can also cause other problems, possibly hesitation.There are different ways to resolve this. Are you handy or someone available to help you?

Common issue on these. Look it up online, there are several YouTube videos on this. Even a "fix", where you can bore out the office with a small drill bit.
