Here's what they said when I inquired:
"Thank you for your interest in TRIFECTA Performance products for your Equinox. The calibration for your vehicle will increase rated output at the flywheel to about 320HP and 350ft/lbs of TQ.
The calibration won't impact reliability in any measure able way. As long as you keep up with maintenance, and use good premium fuel, you'll have the same experience with it as if it untuned. Yes, we can keep auto stop enabled but you'll need to request it on the order form as the default is to issue it with it disabled in our Sport mode. Always flash back to stock for dealer visits to avoid any issues with service.
The calibration also has unique programming we created that allows it to be octane adaptive. Meaning, the programming will adjust power output based on the type of fuel octane rating being used, with premium (93 octane) rated fuel performing the best and provided the highest power output. Should you use a lower rated octane fuel the programming will adjust and reduce power output so as not to damage the engine.
Fuel economy can stay the same, get better during cruising, or decline. It all depends on how you drive. Overall economy is going to depend on your average over a full tank."
