Air not blowing with command start

Got a 2015 Chevy equinox, when factory command started to warm vehicle up no air will blow out of the vents, previous settings are set to blow hot air and still nothing will come out. When vehicle is started with key the heat blows immediately. Not sure if it’s just a command start issue or something else I’m missing. TIA
