The drivers door keyless unlock button doesn't work but passenger side does. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong

Are you talking the interior or exterior button? Of course, it could just be the that button needs cleaning with contact cleaner, or replacing.

However, you appear to be on the cusp of useful battery life. When these AGM batteries start going bad, you get odd electrical issues. Have your battery LOAD tested (a simple test won't help) at most any auto parts store before tearing your door apart.
