2020 chevy equinox seat wont move up

Hello I have a 2020 equinox and I am a big guy,

My mom drives my equinox sometimes, well yesterday I got in put the seat down etc went to work no problem. Today we went to go out to dinner tossed mom the keys and we got in she went to push the seat pump to raise the seat and it did not budge. It will go forward back but not up (cant tell if itll go down as I keep mine all the way down.

Any suggestions on what it could be?

If it's a 2020, it should still be under warranty. I would waste any time trying to trouble shoot or fix; take it to the dealer and have them take care of it. (Assuming you're not over the mileage.)

war seat got caught in handle lol noticed it and fixed it
