2017 Premeir Nav Screen

My Premier's nav screen is filled with icons almost to the point of confusing you or blocking exits. Gas stations, eateries points of interest. I hate using it and refer to my phones GPS most of the time. Is there any way to eliminate the icons? Is there a setting I can go to to reprogram it?

On the older systems, it's in Settings>Navigation>Display and you can check and uncheck which icons show up for you. I'm guessing that as a demo in test drive or something, the dealer, like an idiot, checked them all to show up.
